Corsicana, Tx:  Postal Inspectors issued a reward poster offering up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest of Daniel Gonzalez Rodriquez.  Gonzalez Rodriquez is wanted by Corsicana Police Department on charges of Criminally Negligent Homicide. On July 22, 2008, pickup truck hauling a trailer of lumber went through a red light and hit a U.S. Letter Carrier’s vehicle.

The driver of the truck, a Hispanic male known as Daniel Rodriquez Gonzalez, fled the scene of the accident and his current whereabouts are unknown.  The letter carrier died that evening from the injuries sustained in the accident.

“While I’m sure there was no intent to harm the letter carrier, Rodriquez Gonzalez’s actions after the wreck are unconscionable,” said Fort Worth Division Postal Inspector Randall C. Till.  “Postal Inspectors will continue to assist Corsicana Police Department in its attempts to apprehend him.”

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the suspect should call Postal Inspectors at 877-876-2455 or Corsicana Police at 903-654-4902.
