Recently returned from New York City, 21-year-old Corsicana native Whitney Shelton is now taking appointments at Tangles Hair Salon, located in the Southland Center on North 15th Street. Shelton graduated from Corsicana High School in 2005, went to college, and entered cosmetology school where she trained for seven months in Dallas before going to New York for additional training.
